MainosMemos contains the latest research and information about eye and vision care of children, developmental disabilities, Traumatic/Acquired Brain Injury and other topics of interest to me (and hopefully you!).

The International Brain
Injury Association's World Congress is the largest gathering of international
professionals working in the field of brain injury. Held biennially, delegates
are comprised of physicians, psychologists and neuropsychologists, therapists,
social workers, nurses, case managers, legal professionals, advocates and all
others working in the field of brain injury. Over 1400 brain
injury professionals attended the last World Congress in Edinburgh, Scotland,
and we expect the San Francisco event to be larger still.
Comments: I participated in this meeting in 2013 when it was held in Edinburgh, Scotland. It was awesome! If you have a paper/poster, please submit it today! Optometry should be represented. This fine group knows little about all we can do to improve the lives of patients with brain injury. DM
